Nu-Start Properties, Inc. is owned and operated by Jeff and Lynn Marchant. We often tell people that we are in the "real estate" business, but we truly believe that our real business is "helping people".

At Nu-Start Properties we rent mostly single-family homes in Salt Lake and Utah Counties. However, we also have several duplex and tri-plex units to choose from. We do not manage rental properties for other people; we personally own the nearly 50 properties that we lease. You are dealing directly with the owner! We are also passionate about helping people get into a position to own their own home. Maybe one of our rental properties can be a stepping stone towards homeownership for you.
